Austria: the state may cover up to one third of the investment.
Energy-efficiency measures in businesses receive substantial funding in Austria — and the ceramic retrofit is economical even WITHOUT funding, with payback typically well under 2 years, in many cases under one year. Federal environmental support programme (Umweltförderung im Inland)
Austria's central federal programme for operational energy-saving measures, administered by Kommunalkredit Public Consulting (KPC). Depending on measure and company size, subsidies of roughly 25 to 35 percent of eligible investment costs are possible — small and medium enterprises receive surcharges.
