Objections
The seven sentences that stop good projects.
Each of these sentences comes up in almost every project — usually with a fair question behind it. Here is the answer to each one, in under two minutes, with the numbers behind it. Pick the objection that is in your way right now.
“Too good to be true.”
The most common objection — and the best one. The answer comes from the measurement on your own boiler: before, after, using a method developed together with TÜV. If the promised saving is missed, you choose between renegotiation and complete removal with a refund of the purchase price.

“Never touch a running system.”
The attitude is justified. A boiler that has run reliably for years is a value in itself — and every intervention is a risk. That is exactly why the ceramics are built to leave running operation untouched: the shaped blocks are laid into the combustion chamber, not built in. Burner, controls, water side and pressure parts stay as they are.
Installation sits inside a maintenance window you have planned anyway and takes one day. Sites with a redundant boiler keep running on the second plant meanwhile. Since market launch in 2016 there has not been a single damage claim — confirmed by the manufacturer's public liability insurer.
And if it turns out not to fit after all: removal restores the original state. The system that runs today runs exactly the same afterwards.
“My boss simply doesn't pass it on.”
A forwarded link is work for your boss. A good question is not. How to put the topic on the table in one sentence — and why a printed sheet achieves more than any e-mail.

“Engineering blocks it.”
Your engineers have seen a hundred miracle products and rightly rejected ninety-nine. That scepticism protects your operation. What works there: the measurement protocol, the engineer-to-engineer call, and the guarantee.

“Our boiler supplier advises against it.”
One fair question settles it: what does he earn from — your savings or your next boiler? Plus the point usually missed: better flue-gas values often bring older boilers back below the limits.

“No time. Nothing may stand still here.”
Your time input is ten minutes, the downtime a single day — inside the maintenance window you have planned anyway. Sites with a redundant boiler simply run on the second unit.

“We have no budget.”
The budget is already burning — €3,000 to over €10,000 a month in a typical operation, up the chimney. So the question is where you spend it. Two numbers for your financial plan: payback and payment terms.
What a year of waiting costs can be put in figures — here for a reference plant with 3,000 kW and 6 million kilowatt-hours of natural gas a year:

For employees: “I sent it to my boss — nothing happened.”
The same episode in informal German, made for employees and social media. If you pass this page to someone who sees the boiler every day: this is the right version.
