Privacy policy
DRAFT — will be legally reviewed before publication.
1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is INTENSATEC-Sales GmbH, Am Kreuzanger 3-5, 82335 Berg / Starnberg, Germany (see legal notice). Contact for privacy matters: info@intensatec.at, phone +49 163 420 67 30.
2. Data we process
When you visit this website, technically necessary access data (IP address, time, page accessed) is processed by the hosting provider (legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We currently use no analytics or marketing cookies.
3. Calculator and forms
The savings calculator runs in your browser; inputs are only stored when you submit a form. Submitted data (contact details, plant data, calculation results) is processed to handle your enquiry and prepare a quotation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Contact by e-mail or phone on further topics happens only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 174 Austrian TKG 2021), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Disclosure
Plant and contact data is processed within Intensatec (INTENSATEC-Sales GmbH, Germany) to prepare quotations. No transfers to countries outside the EU take place. [Processor list will be added before go-live.]
5. Online appointment booking
To arrange a first call we embed the calendar of Zoho Bookings (Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands). The calendar loads only after you click “Open the calendar” — before that your browser makes no connection to Zoho and no data is transmitted. When you open it, your browser transmits your IP address and technical details to Zoho; if you book an appointment, Zoho additionally processes your name, e-mail address and phone number on our behalf (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is held in Zoho's European data centre (Netherlands or Ireland). Without booking an appointment you can reach us as usual by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form.
6. Retention
Enquiry and quotation data is stored for the duration of the business initiation and statutory retention periods; consent records for the duration of consent plus three years.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. Complaints: Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
