Documented reference projects show 10 to 17 percent lower fuel consumption. For a mid-size industrial boiler that means €20,000 to over €100,000 in savings per year, every year, for the remaining life of the boiler. One documented 2022 project: 11.78 percent measured savings, €35,703 per year, payback in 0.65 years.

Number 2 — The risk: zero

Consumption is measured before and after installation using a method developed together with TÜV. If the system misses its forecast, you choose: renegotiation of the terms or complete removal — in the case of removal, the invoiced amount is refunded within seven working days. Zero damage claims since market launch in 2016 — confirmed by Allianz. Every documented project exceeded its forecast.

Number 3 — Your effort: one day, one signature

Installation takes one day, scheduled inside a planned maintenance window — no structural work, no additional downtime. The ceramic elements are maintenance-free and can be transferred into a new boiler later. We organise the entire process from data collection to acceptance.

Plus: CO₂ and reporting

• ■CO₂ emissions fall exactly as far as gas consumption does — between 10.5 and 17.6 percent per boiler in the documented projects. At €55 per tonne of CO₂ that is real money, and more once the EU ETS 2 starts in 2028.
